Steph began her career in Los Angeles at 2000s cult womenswear brand Wildfox, working her way up from Intern to Art Director. She relocated to Philadelphia after accepting an Art Director position at Free People where she honed her photo skills, working on site, campaign & catalog imagery. She inevitably made her way to New York and became a founding member at the intimates startup CUUP where she played a key role in launching the brand, developing its soul, defining the visual language & overall storytelling strategy. She went on to work at Reformation overseeing design creative direction & branding where she worked on campaigns like the Monica Lewinsky collaboration, handbags launch featuring Camilla Morrone, NYCB x Reformation, the Camille Rowe It Girl collaboration, & many more! 

She was recognized as a Yotpo honoree for "Amazing Women in e-Commerce" and has extensive experience in brand building within the Direct to Consumer, Fashion & Lifestyle spaces.

After over a decade of working internally at brands, she decided it was time to step out on her own as a freelance consultant. Stephanie is accepting new clients and would love to hear from you!
