Steph began her career in Los Angeles at cult womenswear brand Wildfox, working her way up from Intern to Art Director. She relocated to Philadelphia after accepting an Art Director position at Free People where she honed her photo skills, working on website, campaign & catalog imagery. She then headed to New York to became a founding member at intimates startup CUUP where she played a key role in launching the brand, developing its soul, defining the visual language & overall storytelling strategy. She went on to work at Reformation overseeing brand design creative direction & branding where she worked on campaigns like the Monica Lewinsky collaboration, handbags launch featuring Camilla Morrone, NYCB x Reformation, the Camille Rowe It Girl collaboration, & many more! 

She was recognized as a Yotpo honoree for "Amazing Women in e-Commerce" and has extensive experience in brand building within the Direct to Consumer, Fashion & Lifestyle spaces.

After over a decade of working in-house at a range of brands, she transitioned to freelance creative consultant. Stephanie is accepting new clients and would love to hear from you!
