Meet Steph

Stephanie Lavaggi is a Creative Consultant specializing in: creative direction, brand identity building, digital/print/physical design, advertising, social direction and photography.

She is known for her big-picture conceptual and detail-oriented executional skills. She has a background in Creative Direction with brands ranging from Wildfox, to Free People, The Mayfair Group, CUUP & Reformation.

Stephanie was a founding member at CUUP and played a key role in launching the brand, defining CUUP's visual language, soul identity & overall storytelling point of view. She was recently recognized as a Yotpo honoree for "Amazing Women in e-Commerce" and has extensive experience in brand building within the Direct to Consumer, Fashion & Lifestyle spaces.

She now holds the position of Associate Creative Director at Reformation and is living between NYC, LA & Upstate.
